インストール手順

1. インストールファイルをダウンロード http://osticket.com/downloads.php

2. ダウンロードファイルを展開して得られる upload フォルダ以下を c:\apps\osticket にコピーし、
仮想ディレクトリを追加し　ostconfig.php の変更権限を付与。

3. setup/index.php によりインストール開始

* MySQL のテーブル名の Prerix が設定できるため、既存の database を指定した。

4. インストール終了後、 setup フォルダを削除し、ostconfig.php の変更権限も削除。

Prerequisites
PHP 4.3 (or better) and MySQL 4.1 (or better)

Getting Started
osTicket installer needs to be able to write and modify ostconfig.php
